Unsaturated Fat
Unsaturated Fat is a fat that is liquid at room temperature. Vegetable oils are unsaturated fats. Unsaturated fats include polyunsaturated fats, and monounsaturated fats. They include most nuts, olives, avocados, and fatty fish, like salmon.
Urine
Urine is fluid containing waste products filtered from the blood and combined with excess water by the kidneys, which is stored in the bladder and then excreted from the body thru the urethra.
